Currently our in-store membership program is not linked to our online shopping website.
In order to make a purchase via our innisfree Australia website, please create a new account or checkout as a guest.
Presently, our My innisfree Rewards benefits such as points and vouchers are applicable to in-store purchases only.
Our team is working on bringing the membership program online in the near future, and we thank you for your patience and understanding in the meantime.
You can access and view your in-store membership details by downloading our My innisfree Rewards app on either iPhone or Android, logging in using email and password combination created in store.
Should you forget your password, please follow the prompts and be sure to check your spam folder as an automated email may be redirected here.
If you still have trouble accessing your account, please contact our customer care team for support.
Please note that you do not need the My innisfree Rewards app in order to receive points in our stores, however using the app allows you to monitor your balance and view your transaction history.
Alternatively, you can ask one of our friendly team members to help you check your points balance for you when visiting us in store.

當你新增產品至購物車時，如所選的產品已售罄，innisfree網上商店會顯示產品沒有貨存訊息，請自行移取該售罄產品以完成訂單
如於購物車中的產品在確認訂單後售罄，在此罕見的情況下，我們會以電郵通知有關情況，說明該產品已售罄。你訂單中的其他產品將會照常配送，但相關售罄的產品之貨款將被退回。
註冊網上會員賬戶並非強制要求，你可以在提交訂單時選擇“非會員結賬”，無須註冊賬戶。但註冊成為賬戶可尊享更多權益：
i. 尊享innisfree會員購物禮遇及賺取積分（但必須於登記網上會員賬戶時確保登記電話與innisfree會員註冊時一致方可賺取積分）；ii. 你的個人信息將被安全保存，結賬更加快捷方便；
iii. 未購買的商品將保存在你的購物袋裡，以便下次使用；
iv. 將你喜歡的商品添加至願望清單；
v. 追蹤你的訂單狀態和記錄。
